The target market for Scrubs 123 is pretty specific. With that in mind we created a fun yet sophisticated design, centered around the products on offer. Once we had the website in the right gear, creating features to optimize the conversion rate was the next challenge. To keep track of customer trends we also integrated the site with SAP. Customized wear is also a specialty of Scrubs 123. For this service we implemented a feature that allows users to add custom embroidery to their apparel. With the website functional and looking great, our marketing team developed a digital strategy. This resulted in an increase in revenue associated with their organic rankings, as well as lowering their cost per conversion by over 300%.
