Noritake: Plum Tree Group sought to create a user experience with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that Noritake is renowned for. This elegant selection of products was segmented by product, set type, and even holiday. This client was as much in our mind throughout the development of the site as their customers. Our web team integrated technology to better track sales sources for greater visibility to Noritake leadership. Referral reporting was now possible, along with better segmentation of customers from a marketing and merchandizing perspective. We were proud to serve this client a new look and website, on a silver platter (so to speak).
